Would you like to develop your Master Thesis in the Nanobiotechnology for Diagnostics (Nb4D) research group? With us, you will have the chance of acquiring relevant expertise in the field of immunochemistry, in one of our projects:
- Antibodies for therapeutic applications. In this project, you will explore the potential value of monoclonal antibodies against infectious diseases caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa by targeting relevant biomarkers of the bacterial quorum sensing.
- Diagnostic of S.aureus infections. Perform your research work on the development of immunochemical techniques to diagnose and phenotype S. aureus early to control the disease rapidly and effectively.
- Diagnostic of portal hypertension (PH). In collaboration with IDIBAPS (https://www.clinicbarcelona.org/idibaps), this project aims at developing an immunoanalytical point-of-care device for the rapid and easy diagnostic of portal hypertension as strategy to prevent many renal diseases.
